Cancellation Policy
Late cancel:
more than 10 mins late to an appointment you will need to reschedule through the app.
same day cancellations/ cancellations past the 24hr window will be charged 50% of the service booked
for.
No show:
If you no show to an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked for.
second time no show, you will be blocked from making any future appointments with me.
